Broker Program Administrator

CSEngineering is looking to add a Broker Program Administrator to our growing team! This full-time, onsite role will support the OPR/ Office of real property at one of our government locations at Washington DC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Contractor shall provide technical expertise to CFM ORP with the implementation, management, and administration of the National Broker Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (NBC.)
• This technical expertise shall be provided on an ad-hoc or regular basis as requested and shall include programmatic backing for the umbrella IDIQ contract, task orders for leases assigned to CFM ORP, and task orders for leases delegated to the field.
• Examples of the technical assistance include but are not limited to: • Provide program, project, and contract analysis to help facilitate the NBC leasing program.
• Provide administrative technical expertise as needed and directed by CFM ORP.
• Maintain library and file archiving for NBC projects.
• Analysis and tracking of VA and CFM ORP metrics, measures, and data analysis for the NBC program office.
• Maintenance of the NBC SharePoint site and storage of template documents.
• Monitoring incoming broker service requests, including review of documents submitted.
• Consolidate and track monthly, quarterly, and annual broker reporting.
• Consolidation and reporting of all delegated TOs.
• Technical expertise related to GSA delegation requests from the field.
• Tracking NBC brokers' compliance with IDIQ contractual requirements (training, licensing, etc.).
• Deliverable: Technical services utilizing the Microsoft Office suite of products, VA network drives, VA databases, VA SharePoint, databases, tracking systems, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree; or additional (5) years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years broker management, real estate operations, or government program administration; experience managing contractor compliance (licensing, training, insurance verification).
• Proven ability to Manage National Broker IDIQ contract implementation, administration, and compliance tracking. Maintain broker documentation library; consolidate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting; monitor broker service requests and assess deliverables. Track broker licensing and training compliance; analyze GSA delegation requests; manage SharePoint site and file archiving.
• Real estate broker license (DC/MD/VA) or broker compliance certification. (Preferred)
• Must be a United States Citizen.
