Administrative Coordinator / Project Specialist

**Future Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking an Administrative Coordinator / Project Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM), Office of Real Property (ORP). This role provides comprehensive administrative, logistical, and technical support for the National Broker Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) (NBC) program, supporting real property acquisition and leasing activities across VA.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical technical services in support of CFM ORP and the National Broker IDIQ (NBC) program.
  • Coordinate availability and schedule in-person and virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams, including steering committee, working group, and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Prepare, compile, distribute, and archive meeting materials, training documents, and program documentation, including printing hard copies using government-furnished equipment when required.
  • Provide administrative and programmatic support for the NBC umbrella IDIQ and associated task orders.
  • Input, track, and maintain lease transaction data within VA systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with internal VA stakeholders and external partners, including brokers and GSA representatives.
  • Provide program, project, and contract analysis to support execution of the NBC leasing program.
  • Maintain and manage document libraries and file archiving systems for NBC projects.
  • Maintain and update the NBC SharePoint site, including storage and organization of templates and reference documents.
  • Monitor incoming broker service requests and review submitted documentation for completeness and compliance.
  • Consolidate, track, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual broker performance data.
  • Track and report all delegated Task Orders (TOs) and associated metrics.
  • Provide technical support related to GSA delegation requests received from field offices.
  • Track NBC broker compliance with IDIQ contractual requirements, including training, licensing, and reporting obligations.
  • Support analysis and tracking of VA and ORP performance metrics, measures, and program data.
  • Provide additional administrative technical expertise as directed by CFM ORP leadership or the COR.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Experience supporting government contracts or federal agencies preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with SharePoint or similar document management systems.
  • Working knowledge of federal acquisition and contracting terminology (FAC). Certificate in Administrative Management OR Microsoft Office certification preferred.
  • Must be a United States Citizen.
