Administrative Coordinator / Project Specialist

**Future Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking an Administrative Coordinator / Project Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical technical support within a federal real property and lease acquisition environment. This role supports lease portfolio coordination, documentation management, reporting oversight, and administration of a National Broker Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) program.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical technical services supporting real property and lease acquisition programs.

  • Schedule and coordinate all project meetings (steering committees, working groups, and ad-hoc meetings) using Microsoft Teams and related calendar systems.

  • Prepare, compile, distribute, and archive meeting materials, training documentation, and program files.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical documentation in accordance with federal records management standards.

  • Provide administrative and programmatic support for National Broker IDIQ contracts and associated Task Orders.

  • Input, track, and maintain lease transaction data within government systems, databases, and reporting spreadsheets.

  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites and centralized document repositories, including templates and reference materials.

  • Monitor incoming broker service requests and review submitted documentation for completeness and compliance.

  • Consolidate, track, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual broker performance data.

  • Track delegated Task Orders and associated metrics.

  • Provide coordination and technical support related to GSA delegation requests.

  • Track broker compliance with IDIQ contractual requirements (training, licensing, reporting).

  • Support reporting, data management oversight, and performance metric tracking.

  • Provide administrative technical expertise as directed under Contracting Officer Representative (COR) oversight.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field

  • 3–5 years of administrative, program coordination, or office support experience

  • Experience supporting federal agencies strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a federal environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

  • Experience with SharePoint or federal document management systems

  • Ability to maintain lease tracking databases and reporting spreadsheets

  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) terminology

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

PREFERED QUALIFICATION

  • Certificate in Administrative Management

  • Microsoft Office certification

  • Experience supporting lease acquisition programs or real property reporting functions

  • Awareness of OMB Circular A-11 lease scoring requirements (90% Test – NPV vs. FMV)

  • Familiarity with GSA leasing artifacts such as Forms 1364 and 1217

  • Experience preparing documentation for audit readiness or compliance review

  • Understanding of federal real property lifecycle processes
