Broker Program Administrator

CSEngineering is seeking a Broker Program Administrator to provide programmatic and technical oversight support within a federal real property and lease acquisition environment. This role supports administration and performance oversight of a National Broker Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations, leasing policy, and reporting requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical and programmatic support for implementation and administration of a National Broker IDIQ contract.
  • Support oversight of umbrella IDIQ contract activities, assigned Task Orders, and delegated field Task Orders.
  • Track broker performance, delegated Task Orders, and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Monitor broker licensing, training certifications, and required deliverables.
  • Review submitted lease acquisition documentation for completeness and compliance.
  • Track broker commission reconciliation, rebates, and associated financial reporting.
  • Consolidate and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual broker performance reports.
  • Maintain and archive contract documentation and lease files in accordance with federal records management standards.
  • Maintain SharePoint repositories, delegation packages, templates, and tracking logs.
  • Provide technical support related to General Services Administration (GSA) delegation requests.
  • Perform program, project, and contract analysis to support broker oversight functions.
  • Analyze and track performance metrics and reporting data to support program visibility.
  • Prepare reports and deliverables using Microsoft Office Suite and maintain documentation in federal databases and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate activities under Contracting Officer Representative (COR) oversight.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or related field (An additional 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in federal real estate, leasing, or acquisition program support
  • Experience supporting IDIQ contracts (FAR Part 16.5 preferred)
  • Experience tracking broker compliance, commissions, and lease documentation
  • Familiarity with federal lease acquisition lifecycle from market research through award
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience with SharePoint and federal document repositories
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Real Estate License
  • Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) or leasing-related certification
  • DC/MD/VA broker license or broker compliance certification
  • Familiarity with:
    • GSA leasing artifacts (GSA Forms 1364 and 1217)
    • GSA Leasing Desk Guide processes
    • OMB Circular A-11 lease scoring framework
    • Title 38 U.S.C. § 8103 lease authority
    • Title 40 federal property regulations
  • Experience supporting broker commission reconciliation and rebate tracking
