Program Manager
**Future Opportunity**
CSEngineering is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team! This role will provide leadership and oversight for contract support operations involving complex information management, data processing, and telecommunications systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple technical teams to successfully deliver program objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight for program operations involving multiple teams responsible for the analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, and implementation of automated information and telecommunications systems.
- The Program Manager will manage day-to-day contract support activities, potentially overseeing multiple projects and teams located across various operational sites. Responsibilities include organizing, directing, and coordinating the planning and execution of program activities to ensure effective contract performance.
- The Program Manager will establish and maintain management structures necessary to support program operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals and contract requirements. The role requires coordinating project resources, monitoring program performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives.
- The Program Manager will provide technical, management, and functional expertise to support decision-making processes related to program resources, priorities, and operational tradeoffs. The position will facilitate coordination across various portfolios and program stakeholders to support ongoing information technology system activities.
- The Program Manager will review and analyze program documentation, support the development of acquisition and program management documentation, and provide recommendations based on program analysis and stakeholder input.
- The Program Manager will ensure effective communication with stakeholders through clear written and oral communication, while supporting program leadership in planning, reporting, and execution of program initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Security Clearance: Top Secret
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) required. Four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Project or Program Management certification required (such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or other recognized program management certification). Certifications must be issued by accredited institutions. Equivalent combinations of training, education, and experience may be considered if clearly demonstrating comparable program management credentials.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of leadership experience with progressively increasing responsibility in the public or private sector within information technology, consulting, or related fields.
- Experience supporting the Information Technology acquisition process and associated program milestones.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing source documentation and supporting the development of acquisition documentation.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated leadership and coordination abilities.
Location: Washington, DC (NCR) with potential travel to other government sites as required.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
- Additional relevant government or industry-recognized program management certifications are desirable.
