Bomber Operational Lead

**Future Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking a Bomber Operational Lead to join our growing team! This role will support the coordination and integration of operational activities within a military aviation environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in bomber operations, training coordination, and operational planning within secure and highly regulated environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Bomber Operational Lead will support the coordination and integration of operational activities across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and organizational requirements.
  • The role will support integration of bomber platform operations, including training unit activities, operations squadrons, operations support functions, and simulator operations development and coordination.
  • The Bomber Operational Lead will coordinate and support compliance with applicable technical orders, policies, and operational instructions, ensuring alignment across multiple organizational levels.
  • The position will support the planning, coordination, and execution of conventional and nuclear operations and training requirements, ensuring adherence to higher headquarters guidance and timelines.
  • The role will monitor operational initiatives, track progress, and contribute to reporting on program status, risks, and performance metrics.
  • The Bomber Operational Lead will support administrative and operational functions, including documentation, coordination of meetings, tracking activities, and development of process tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • The role will apply strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills to support planning, coordination, and execution of operational efforts in a secure, regulated environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of military B-1B, B-2A, or B-52H qualified bomber aircrew experience.
  • Graduate of Formal Instructor Course, Central Flight Instructor Course, or equivalent military Flight Instructor Course in any military Major Weapons System (MWS).
  • Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) certification.
  • Experience supporting bomber operations, training integration, and operational coordination within a military aviation environment.
  • Experience supporting conventional and nuclear operations and training requirements.
  • Highly desired experience with Nuclear Bomber Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO) operations.
  • Aircraft maintenance experience (highly desired).
  • Experience supporting Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) or Personnel Reliability Assurance Program (PRAP) functions (highly desired).
  • Component Command or higher-level operational experience (highly desired).
