Civil Engineer

**Future Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our growing team! This role will support infrastructure and facility initiatives within a federal government environment, contributing to mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in civil engineering design, technical analysis, and construction support within complex project environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Civil Engineer will provide professional engineering support for infrastructure and facility-related projects within a federal environment.
• Apply civil engineering principles to planning, analysis, and design activities in support of military installation projects.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical plans, drawings, and engineering documentation using industry-standard tools.
• Support engineering evaluations, cost estimation, and technical analysis for construction and infrastructure initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, federal regulations, and military construction guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while working independently to support mission-critical objectives.
  
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Secret

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in engineering, construction, project management, or related technical fields.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or proof of passing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with engineering documentation, technical analysis, and project coordination • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional Engineer (PE) License
•  AutoCAD or equivalent drafting certification
•  Cost estimation or related technical certification
  
  

Location: San Angelo, TX (Onsite) with potential travel as required
