Project Coordinator

Future Opportunity CSEngineering is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team! This role will provide essential program, project, and technical support. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, and federal government contracting to maintain critical project documentation and provide technical expertise for real estate transactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and maintain a Project Management Plan (PMP) for each task, covering management approach, schedules, key personnel, and quality assurance.
  • Provide technical expertise to the CFM Office of Real Property (ORP) for the implementation of Information Papers on real estate transactions.
  • Conduct market research and requirements development to offer programmatic backing for the CFM ORP leasing program.
  • Perform detailed analysis and tracking of VA and CFM ORP metrics, measures, and data analysis.
  • Maintain the CFM ORP SharePoint site, including the storage of template documents and the creation of a secure shared document library.
  • Consolidate and track monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for CFM ORP lease projects.
  • Draft Information Papers regarding real estate transactions, market research, and specific project approaches.
  • Provide technical expertise related to contracting delegation requests and ensure necessary licensing and training are completed.
  • Maintain library and file archiving for all CFM ORP projects.
  • Utilize VA network drives, databases, and tracking systems to deliver required services and briefings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Security Clearance: Public Trust (Minimum).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience with an emphasis on validating data analysis and quality assurance.
  • Sector Experience: Previous experience in the federal government or government contracting environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of federal real property law and regulations (Title 40 U.S.C., OMB Circular A-11).
  • Financial Analysis: Experience with lease financial analysis, Net Present Value (NPV) calculations, and OMB scoring requirements.
  • Process Expertise: Expertise regarding VA and GSA processes, milestones, and private sector real estate best practices.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and VA-approved document repositories (SharePoint, network drives).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Knowledge of Title 38 U.S.C. § 8103 and Title 40 federal property authorities.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and GSA Leasing Desk Guide processes.
  • Experience drafting policy, procedures, and compliance checklists.
  • Ability to prepare executive-level memoranda, charts, and analytical reports.
